Special Instructions
Guests must transfer to the property via floatplane and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 30 minutes away via seaplane. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 5 days before their expected arrival. Daily transfer service is offered by Maldivian Air Taxi between 6 AM and 3:30 PM, with an expected waiting time of at least 2 hours. Guests arriving or departing outside of these hours are recommended to reserve a room the previous day to guarantee an early check-in or alternatively book a local hotel room in Sheraton Maldives overnight. Luggage in excess of 25 kg/person may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. Guests must pay the seaplane fee at checkout. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory transfer fees for guests ages 13-17.
