Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. At check-in, guests must provide a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 13 and up. This property accepts Stay Home Notice (SHN), AirTravel Pass (ATP), Reciprocal Green Lane (RGL), and Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) travelers. Customers are required by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration prior to arrival. As an alternative to proof of COVID-19 vaccination, guests may provide proof of COVID-19 recovery within 6 months before arrival during check-in. Due to COVID-19, guests 13 and older must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative antigen test for COVID-19 (issued within 72 hours before arrival) to access the property's public areas, including the restaurant, bar, pool, and spa facilities.
