All guests will be required to show proof of vaccination upon check-in, using the ‘Medicare Express Plus' app, Service VIC app or a certificate from the Australian Immunisation Register. If a guest has a medical exemption, then proof of this exemption will be required to be presented.
If a guest is unable to stay in the hotel due to being unable to show proof of vaccination or exemption, then they will be granted a full refund for any monies paid or be allowed to leave without payment.
