Special Instructions
Guests must transfer via floatplane to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests will receive an email 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Seaplane or domestic transfers must be guaranteed in full upon confirmation of the reservation. As an alternative option, guests can arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 30 minutes via a domestic flight to Dhaalu Airport, and then 10 minutes by speedboat to the resort. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 3 days before their expected arrival. A seaplane transfer service is provided by the property for a surcharge. Please note that seaplanes only operate during daylight hours. Guests must contact the property at least 7 days before arrival providing flight details. Guests arriving after 3:30 PM will be transported to the island the next day. It is suggested to book an overnight stay near the airport. International departure flights from the Maldives should be scheduled after 9 AM to guarantee a seamless same-day departure. Seaplane ride: 40 minutes. Luggage in excess of 20 kg/person may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. Guests must pay the seaplane fee at checkout. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.
