Any cancellations made more than thirty-five (35) days prior to the scheduled check-in date are permitted and may be amended or cancelled without penalty. Any cancellations made within thirty-five (35) days of the scheduled check-in date are strictly non-refundable, non-amendable, and no credits will be issued.
Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice. Please refer to the Christmas Eve/Day and New Year’s Eve Surcharge section above for information regarding dining inclusions on 24 and 25 December 2026, 31 December 2026 and other festivity dates.
Daily buffet breakfast is served in The Cafe from 7am–11am (last order at 10.30am).
Daily set-menu or buffet lunch is served at Table8; buffet dinner is served at The Cafe. If guests opt for dining credit, an IDR500,000 (per adult) or IDR250,000 (per child) credit can be used at Soleil (excluding Sunday brunch), Cannelé (French artisanal patisserie), Mulia Deli or Cascade Lounge. Dining is subject to opening hours.
Dine-Around Credit: The included food credit must be used daily during your stay and cannot be accumulated. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit is valid for the a la carte menu at Soleil, Edogin, Mulia Deli, Cannelé or Cascade Lounge. Excludes Soleil Sunday brunches, alcoholic drinks and dining on 24 and 25 December 2026, 31 December 2026 and 1 January 2027. Dine-around credit is net, including tax and service charges. The included credit is IDR500,000 per adult. For a child (6–11), it will be IDR250,000.
Surcharges will apply for included lunch or dinners during Festival Season Surcharge dates.
One cocktail per adult, per package, is served at Cascade Lounge from 4pm–7pm from a select menu. Non-alcoholic options are available.
A solo traveller will not receive double inclusions throughout the stay, regardless of the package purchased.
Please note that airport transfers, Atlas Beach Club or CANNA Bali beach club are not provided or organised by Mulia.

Please note: for bookings at Royal Beachfront Suite, in case of any event happening at the Unity Garden that is located in front of Royal Beachfront Suite and Lagoon type rooms, Tour Operator or Company and guest will release and discharge Mulia from all liability, claims and demands due to noise and others, without prior notice.
