Maii Villa Apartments is a special edition to the Kauvai-Mustonen family, as each slab of concrete and grooves was carefully designed and built by Paavo himself, alongside the valued help of his late father Ari Juhani Mustonen and late father in-law Tuata Kauvai, ensuring quality was never compromised.
Maii Villa Apartments embraces the cultural diversity here in the Cook Islands, right from the solid concrete exterior, all the way through to the hand laid tiled floors.
