To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. This property is accessible by either a 40-minute seaplane flight from Velana International Airport directly to the property or by a 25-minute domestic flight from Velana International Airport to Dhaalu Airport followed by a 15-minute speedboat ride to the property. Guests must send arrival and departure flight details directly to the property at least 72 hours prior to arrival. The property will arrange transfers by seaplane or domestic flight and speedboat transfers. Seaplane flights operate only during daylight hours; domestic flights operate day and night. Transfer fees are collected by the property. Guests who choose domestic flight transfers may book either Comfort (Economy) or Sapphire (Business) seats. Comfort bookings allow 11 pounds (5 kilograms) of hand luggage and 48.5 pounds (22 kilograms) of luggage. Sapphire bookings allow 11 pounds (5 kilograms) of hand luggage and 77 pounds (35 kilograms) of luggage and access to an airport lounge. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory seaplane transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.
