1. Bookings subject to availability, Terms and conditions apply.
2. Travel dates: 24th November 2020 - 14th December 2021
3. Block out dates: 10th-12th November, 24th December - 3rd January, 6th January, 24th February - 27th February, 4th March, 11th March and 20th - 22nd March.
4. Direct bookings with Body Sanctum only. Discount amount off full treatment price. Offer is only available on 60 minute relaxation or deep tissue massage and is not available on Spa Packages, Body Treatments, Facials or Beauty Treatments (inc brows, Waxing & Nails). Limited to one appointment per guest. Limited availability 
5. Advertised prices are available until allocation is exhausted and may fluctuate during the campaign period.
6. The special is valid for up to 2 people in an Deluxe Room
7. Once booking has been confirmed, and $1 deposit has been paid, deposit is non-refundable.
8. A 2.5% Booking fee is also applied, and is required at time of booking, booking fee is non-refundable.
9. Final Balance will Automatically be deducted 35 days prior to arrival, once final balance has been made then booking becomes non-refundable and non-amendable.
10. Full payment is required for bookings travelling within 35 days.
11. We recommend taking out a travel insurance policy at the point of booking.

Terms and Conditions may also vary depending on the travel provider you are booked with.
When you make a booking with Affordable Holidays and The Holiday Group Pty, you agree to the following terms
and conditions.

Please be aware that phone conversations between yourself and The Holiday Group, or Affordable Holidays, may
be recorded. These recordings will only be used to find a resolution to any travel discrepancies and
disagreements.

Please note, that any special requests at the time of making the booking are subject to availability, can not be
guaranteed, and are responsible solely by the travel provider you are being booked with.

If you would like to make any cancellations or amendments to your reservation, please contact one of our
reservations consultants on 1800 773 656. All bookings made with The Holiday Group, or Affordable Holidays,
will require a deposit which is non-refundable.

Apart from Exclusive Offers which require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable with no
cancellations or amendments allowed. If a deposit has been made on a booking and the final payment is not
received by the due date, The Holiday Group may cancel the reservation.

Unless told otherwise, all bookings other than Exclusive Offers, cancelled within 28 days of the arrival date will
have a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking cost. Please note, cancellations, amendments, and/or refunds are
subject to the accommodation or travel providers terms and conditions.

The Holiday Group Pty, or Affordable Holidays, will not be held responsible if the accommodation or travel
supplier has made any changes, and cancellations to your existing reservation that has resulted in either 100%
loss of monies paid, or if these changes incur extra fees.

If you are making a reservation with The Holiday Group, or Affordable Holidays, you agree that you are or over the
age of 18 years old. Children under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. If
the traveller is under 18 years old, The Holiday Group, or Affordable Holidays may cancel your booking.
Please be aware, for security purposes photo identification will be required to check in to your booking and a
security bond from a credit card may also be required. If a credit card is not available, please contact your
accommodation or travel supplier directly.
