Room Upgrade
Guaranteed upgrade applies to the next available room category only and is subject to availability at time of booking. Upgrade cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another benefit. If the next room category is unavailable, the closest available category will be provided at the resort’s discretion.
Food and Beverage Credit
The $25 credit is per stay, not per night. Credit is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any unused portion will be forfeited at checkout.
Drink Vouchers
Two drink vouchers are provided per stay. Valid for selected beverages only and must be used during the stay. Not redeemable for cash.
Kids Eat Free
Valid for children aged 12 years and under only. Child must dine with a paying adult and order from the designated children’s menu. Applies to standard menu items only. Conditions apply.
Return Ferry Transfers
Return ferry transfers depart from the Port of Airlie.
Guests may embark or disembark at alternative ports for the following additional surcharges:
Hamilton Island Airport or Marina
Adults $10 per person each way
Children aged 12 years and under $5 per person each way
Proserpine Airport
Adults $15 per person each way
Children aged 12 years and under $10 per person each way
Shute Harbour
Adults $15 per person each way
Children aged 12 years and under $10 per person each way
Transfers are subject to timetable availability, operational requirements and weather conditions.
Extra Guests and Bedding
Extra person rates including daily buffet breakfast at Graze Restaurant:
Adults $100 per person, per night
Children aged 12 years and under $75 per person, per night
All additional guests are subject to maximum room occupancy limits and availability.
Activity Discounts
Thirty percent discount applies to selected Living Reef Experiences and selected on-island activities only. Jet ski experiences are excluded. Discounts are not transferable, not redeemable for cash and must be booked directly with the resort.
Amendments
Changes to bookings may be requested up to 35 days prior to arrival for a $50 amendment fee. Amendments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Booking and Refund Policy
Full payment is required at time of booking. Once travel dates have been selected and payment has been processed, bookings and associated booking fees are non-refundable.
Booking Fee
A 2.5 percent non-refundable booking fee applies and is payable at time of booking.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended at time of booking to cover unforeseen circumstances.
