Guests providing a negative COVID-19 test result must have been tested no more than 72 hours prior to check-in. Meal plans are not available for purchase at the property. Guests who wish to receive meals that are not included in their room rate are required to pay à la carte meal fees at the restaurants. Guests can choose either a 30-minute domestic flight offered by Maldivian Airlines to Kudahuvadhoo Airport followed by a 30-minute speedboat transfer to the resort, or a 45-minute seaplane flight. Guests must pay the domestic flight and the speedboat fees to the property directly. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their international flight details when making reservations. This property is accessible by seaplane. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours in advance of arrival to arrange transfers (surcharge); transfers are subject to seat availability. Seaplane transfers operate only during daylight hours. Guests arriving outside of airline operating hours are advised to book a hotel room in Male or Hulhumale until services resume. Baggage allowance for each guest is 44 pounds (20 kilograms) and 11 pounds (5 kilograms) for hand luggage; fees apply for excess luggage. Transfers for infants under age 2 are included and infants are not provided a seat. If a seat is required, the child transfer rate will apply. The resort charges 50% of the transfer fee to guests who cancel transfer service without providing notice at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date; no-shows are charged 100% of the transfer fees. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration. Guests are required to complete a health declaration (PCR screening for COVID-19, issued within 72 hours before arrival) during check-in.
